Public-Private Partnerships

ARI is recognized as a national expert in public-private partnerships.  For public entities, we assist in planning for, implementing and managing major infrastructure programs and capital projects.  We also provide financial planning and financial advisory services to municipalities.  We are a leader in evaluating and, when appropriate, implementing public/private partnerships and in helping local governments capture the opportunities that might be available through such partnerships.  The prime objectives of the services are to assess technical, financial and/or institutional alternatives for required public sector infrastructure improvements, and to assist in implementing selected solutions for municipal infrastructure projects that relieve costs and public risk.

Services Include:

  • Workshops
  • Facility Audits and Valuations
  • Feasibility Studies
  • Optimization and Re-engineering Studies
  • Strategic Planning
  • Assessment of Procurement Options
  • GASB34 Asset Evaluations

The feasibility assessments, RFPs and contracts for the projects on which we worked now serve as models to other municipalities and districts in the United States.  This unique experience which ARI has gained is of great benefit to its clients, and saves both time and money  and results in a successful project.

ARI is not affiliated with any company that operates water, wastewater or solid waste facilities.  In addition, the firm does not provide the design services associated with large traditional A/E deign and construction projects.  We are able to provide objective advice to our clients.  Our services are structured to ensure that our client's best interests are served.
