Partnerships ARI is recognized as a national
expert in public-private partnerships. For public entities, we assist
in planning for, implementing and managing major infrastructure programs and
capital projects. We also provide financial planning and financial
advisory services to municipalities. We are a leader in evaluating
and, when appropriate, implementing public/private partnerships and in
helping local governments capture the opportunities that might be available
through such partnerships. The prime objectives of the services are to
assess technical, financial and/or institutional alternatives for required
public sector infrastructure improvements, and to assist in implementing
selected solutions for municipal infrastructure projects that relieve costs
and public risk.

The feasibility assessments, RFPs and contracts for
the projects on which we worked now serve as models to other municipalities
and districts in the United States. This unique experience which ARI
has gained is of great benefit to its clients, and saves both time and money

ARI is not affiliated with any company that operates
water, wastewater or solid waste facilities. In addition, the firm
does not provide the design services associated with large traditional A/E
deign and construction projects. We are able to provide objective
advice to our clients. Our services are structured to ensure that our
