  • Packaging Manufacturer, Massachusetts: NPDES Storm Water Multi-Sector General Permit for private manufacturing plant. Review of existing permit and preparation of Non-Exposure Certificate.
  • Brooklyn, New York City: Stormwater management plan prepared as part of a solid waste ("Part 360") permit application for a major, truck-to-rail sludge transfer facility.
  • Boston, Massachusetts: NPDES Notice of Intent and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan for multi-acre construction project. Technical evaluation of three, proprietary storm water treatment systems and establishment of pilot treatment program, in compliance with the Massachusetts Stormwater Management Policy and to update Boston’s storm water management requirements.
  • Metal Recycling Facility, Massachusetts: NPDES permit application and stormwater pollution prevention and control plan prepared.
  • Solid Waste Processing Facility, New York: Conducted preliminary wetlands analysis and provided oversight of jurisdictional delineation.
  • Two Proposed Hazardous Waste Facilities, Pennsylvania: Independent third party review of erosion and sedimentation control plans and wetlands delineation.
  • Residuals Management Facilities, Pennsylvania: Oversight on erosion and sedimentation control plans and initial wetlands assessments to support application for facility operating permits for over ten projects. NPDES stormwater permitting and management of stormwater control design was conducted on many of these projects.
  • Clark County, Ohio: Multimedia permitting, including stormwater permitting, for a 1,750 ton per day mass-burn waste-to-energy facility.
  • Various Transportation Agencies, Massachusetts: Prepared Notice of Intent permit applications for work adjacent to, or within, wetland resource areas in compliance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act. Applications preparation included development of site plans showing proposed work, resource area boundaries and mitigation measures. Presented applications in public hearings before permitting authorities and local Conservation Commissions.
