- GeneSyst, Inc., Canton, Ohio: Third-party
review for a $7 million financing of the first,
commercial-sized, gravity pressure vessel in the United States
to convert municipal solid waste-to-ethanol
- Wisconsin Public Service Corporation:
Engineering due-diligence study for a kiln-fired system that
will convert paper mill sludge, municipal sludge, and ash from
coal-fired utility plants to a marketable construction aggregate
- John Hancock Mutual Insurance Company:
Third-party review for a $120 million refinancing of the
Millbury Resource Recovery Project, Massachusetts. Evaluation of
project economics; waste quantity, availability and pricing;
performance of air pollution control equipment; regulatory
compliance; and system reliability and availability
- Private Investor ($5 million financing):
Independent review of the reliability and performance of a tire
recycling process in Minnesota
- East Chicago Sanitary District: Third-party
review for a rotary-kiln municipal waste-to-energy facility in
Indiana that would produce a marketable construction aggregate
- Massachusetts Environmental Services:
Construction and operations monitoring to fulfill bonding
requirements ($3.5 million financing) for the first private
merchant facility in the State for septage treatment in Carver,
Massachusetts
