Water, Wastewater and Residuals Management
Alternative Resources, Inc. provides a broad range of services for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.  Services include planning, conceptual design, final design, construction management, economic evaluation, procurement, financial analysis and implementation of such projects.

We have been involved in virtually every step of water and wastewater project development.  In addition, for private facilities and for industrial facilities, ARI has developed a specific expertise for assessing and implementing public/private partnerships for new facilities, improvements to existing facilities and contract operations.

ARI has provided consulting services for more than 75 water, and wastewater treatment and residuals management projects in 15 states.  The company serves  both public entities and private industries.  ARI's public clients are districts, authorities, municipalities, and counties, in urban, suburban and rural areas.   Private clients have included industrial facilities and major developers of residuals management facilities.  ARI also provides specialty subconsultant services to water and wastewater design firms.

With reference to residuals management, ARI has completed more than 30 projects.  This experience includes land application, composting, drying and pelletizing , incineration and transfer facilities.

ARI has supported these projects with extensive economic and financial analyses.  These analyses allow a client to make an informed decision when selecting among technical options.   Thorough economic and financial analyses also allow clients to focus on management and philosophical issues, since economic and financial analyses provide the measure of cost difference between respective alternatives.
